Sunday Services

Sunday services take place in church most weeks at 10.45am. We alternate between services of Morning Prayer, led by a Lay Minister and Parish Eucharist led by Cameron, our Vicar.

St George's is a welcoming, inclusive community church, with a strong commitment to social justice, equality, peace and compassion. If you haven't been to St George's, or any church before - fear not! Just turn up, as you are and join in as much as you wish. You don't need to conform to a rigid set of beliefs and it's fine with us if you have questions, doubts or concerns because many of us feel the same and we'd rather explore these issues together, without pressure. The main thing is that we come to church with a loving and open heart and a desire to follow the kind example of Jesus.
